Project Partners

Our project collaboration aims to provide relevant and engaging environmental education opportunities for youth by working within a professional research study. Principal partners include the University of Colorado Boulder, National Jewish Health and Delta County School District.

The University of Colorado Boulder provides technical expertise, materials and funding, as part of a $12 million Sustainability Research Network grant exploring ways to maximize the benefits of natural gas development while minimizing negative impacts on ecosystems and communities.

National Jewish Health provides training, funding and extensive educational resources for development of air quality curriculum in accordance with Colorado standards.  This is under the aegis of an Environmental Protection Agency air quality unit.

We are working with the Delta County School District to develop meaningful, data-driven air quality resources for local students and community.
