The WSCC is raffling off a brand new Hyside 10.5 Minimax complete with a custom Welfelt frame package designed by Welfelt Fabrication, and cataract oars.

With an overall value of $4955, we’re selling your chance to win for $20 a ticket or $100 for 6 tickets.

OFFICIAL WESTERN SLOPE CONSERVATION CENTER RAFFLE RULES:

By purchasing a ticket, each purchaser acknowledges having read and agreeing to abide by the Western Slope Conservation Center’s Official Raffle Rules. This raffle is being conducted in accordance with all applicable State and Federal laws. Western Slope Conservation Center’s State of Colorado Raffle License Number is 2021-16652. As per IRS regulations, raffle tickets are NOT tax-deductible.

Raffle Tickets, Period, and Eligibility – Ticketholder need not be present at drawing to win. Tickets are 1 for $20 or 6 for $100. Online ticket purchases include additional processing fees.

Tickets will not necessarily be sold in sequential order. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless raffle cancellation occurs. The raffle period shall be from the date the first ticket is sold through 10:00 am June 4, 2021.

Each purchaser of a raffle ticket must be at least 18 years old and only one individual’s name may be associated with each ticket. Tickets may not be purchased as gifts for individuals under 18 years of age. Members of the Western Slope Conservation Center’s Board of Directors, Employees (full, part-time, or contract), and their respective current spouses or partners are not eligible to participate in the WSCC Raffle.

The Western Slope Conservation Center reserves the right to reject entry forms submitted with payment that does not constitute “good funds.” Each online ticket purchaser will be sent a receipt via e-mail and a separate email that will identify the purchaser’s unique raffle ticket number(s). The original printed raffle ticket will be retained by the Western Slope Conservation Center and the stub will be entered into the drawing along with the stubs of all other tickets sold. U.S. Postal regulations prohibit the mailing of raffle tickets.

Western Slope Conservation Center will use its best efforts to deliver receipts and ticket numbers to ticket purchasers. Western Slope Conservation Center assumes no responsibility for and is under no obligation to attempt to process purchase forms that have been incorrectly completed, and these forms will not be entered into the raffle drawing.

Grand Prize – The Western Slope Conservation Center’s Raffle Grand Prize is a Hyside Mini-Max Raft with a Welfelt custom frame, front seat, oarlocks, oar tethers, and Cataract Oars – a $4955 value. The Grand Prize winner will be able to collect the prize within 48 hours of the drawing.

The Grand Prize will be awarded in its then present, “as-is” condition. Winner will be solely responsible for any and all license, title, and registration fees associated with the raft, as well as insurance, pick up or delivery costs, and/or any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize. The winner will present proof of eligibility and understanding of their tax obligations to the Western Slope Conservation Center. 

Drawing – The drawing will take place on June 4, 2021 at 4pm at 204 Poplar Ave. A representative of the Western Slope Conservation Center will draw the winning raffle ticket stub at random under the supervision of the Western Slope Conservation Center’s certified Games Manager. The winner does not need to be present to win. The name of the winning ticket holder will be posted at the top of this web-page immediately after the drawing and remain for 30 days. 

Anyone who purchases a ticket(s) and participates in the raffle releases the Western Slope Conservation Center, its directors, officers, members, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or claim arising out of any raffle prize. In case of any dispute regarding the conduct of the raffle, the decision of the Western Slope Conservation Center shall be final, with the approval of the Secretary of State and in full compliance with Bingo-Raffle laws.
